PUBG Mobile will be soon launched Registered as an Indian Company
After a long time here’s good news for the Gamers Community especially PUBG mobile gamers in India. PUBG India Private Limited is now officially registered as a company with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved PUBG India Private Limited. The company is already listed on the ministry’s website with a valid Corporate Identity Number (CIN) and the registered office is in Bengaluru.
The company has named two directors too. The directors of PUBG India Private Limited are Kumar Krishnan Iyer and Hyunil Sohn. The company was incorporated on November 21, 2020, in Karnataka with a paid-up capital of Rs 5 lakh and authorized capital of Rs15 lakh as a subsidiary of a foreign company. Iyer is also the director of eight other companies including Accuweather India Private Limited.
If the latest reports are to be believed, the prize pool for PUBG Mobile India when it will be launched will be a whopping Rs 6 crore. “PUBG Mobile India’ will have Rs 6 crore prize pool with a minimum salary ranging from 40,000 to Rs 2 Lakh for tier 1 teams”, reports claimed.
